- Tchá Bai : Economical/Sport-adventure, 15m2, former garage
converted into a flat ;
- Vent Criador : Comfort/Family, 40m2.
Both studios are equipped with air conditioning and fans
(wall and ceiling.)
Both studios have a safe box (digital keypad.)
The bathroom of "Tchá Bai" has cold water only,
the one of "Vent Criador" has hot water.
"Tchá Bai" has a small kitchen area, "Vent Criador"
has a small kitchen.

Harbor: the cost for this service is 2 euros one way per car (maximum 4 people.)
Airport: the cost for this service is 10 euro one way per car (maximum 4 people.) Note that because of the frequent delays from the TACV flights, we encourage our customers to reach our residence by taxi

Taxis are all at the same price:
- airport : 800 Escudos (about 7.30 €uros) during the day and 1000
Escudos (about 9.10 €uros) at night ;
- harbor : 160 Escudos (about 1.50 €uros) during the day and 180
Escudos (about 1.65 €uros) at night.
We provide to our customer a laundry service. The price for a machine of up to 5 kilos is 4 €uros.
On request an iron and ironing board will also be provided.
We provide our customers a computer to access the Internet via an ADSL
connection. Rates are as follows:
- 15 minutes: 35 escudos (or 0.30 €uros) ;
- 30 minutes: 55 escudos (0.50 €uros) ;
- 60 minutes: 110 escudos (or 1.00 €uros).
Two Wireless access points are available within the residence. A WEP
key can be provided under certain conditions after agreement with the
management.
On direct request to our local representatives Veronico
and Emilia and at their discretion, meals can be served for lunch and
dinner.
Drinks are available upon requests: water, soda, fruit
juice, wine, beer, but also local products such as punches and grogues
from the island of Santo Antão. Please contact our local representatives
Veronico and Emilia for availability, rates and possible orders.
Smoking is prohibited inside the residence and only
permitted on the terraces, balconies and yards.
Water
Water is rare therefore valuable in Cape Verde. Please
be economical and don't waste it.
For instance it is unnecessary to let the water run continuously when
you soap in the shower, you brush your teeth or shave.
Visit of the island of Santo Antão
The island of Santo Antão is easily accessible by ferry from the
Porto Grande harbor, only 10-15 minutes walk from our residence
(see rubric "Transport" within the "Info" page of
this site).
On the other side of the channel, the team of the "Transporte
Conforte Chã Pedras" minibus offers its services 24/24
hours and 7/7 days on the whole island.
The transport is guaranteed under the best conditions of comfort, hygiene and safety at moderate speed.
The languages spoken are Portuguese, Spanish, English and French.
The team provides with all the regular services at "collectivo" rates, including connections between the cities of Porto Novo (Ferry port), Ribeira Grande, Ponta do Sol and Paúl. This allows you to reach your hotel wherever it is.
It can also provide you with a nice discovery of the island by organizing
tours (half day or full day) and assist you in planning your hike.
